Mantoloking

Mantoloking is a distinctive Jersey Shore community situated along a 2.2-mile barrier peninsula that separates Barnegat Bay from the Atlantic Ocean only 70 miles from NYC and Philadelphia. With a unique name meaning “sand place” in the Native American Unami language, this exclusive private enclave of generously replenished beaches of only 540 parcels of land and no retail businesses offers luxury beach homes, many with swimming pools, with some on over an acre or more of land.
